Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RepurposeIt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

RepurposeIt is a content repurposing platform that helps you transform various types of content (articles, videos, audio, structured data) into social media posts, images, infographics, and other formats optimized for different platforms.

The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated tools to analyze your input content and generate new, platform-specific content based on your selections.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Subscription Plans and Credits

Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Different features consume different amounts of credits:

  • Text-based content (tweets, posts): 1 credit
  • Image generation: 1-2 credits
  • Carousel/bulk generation: 5-6 credits

Subscription Tiers

  • Freemium: $0 - 20 one-time credits, 7-day history, watermarked images
  • Starter: $19/month - 100 credits/month, no watermark, unlimited history
  • Pro: $49/month - 300 credits/month, priority generation, high-fidelity mode
  • Agency: $99/month - 700 credits/month, unlimited brand kits, team features

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. See our Refund Policy for full details. Key points:

  • Free trial available (20 credits) to test the service
  • Credits are consumed immediately upon generation
  • Server resources and AI API costs are incurred instantly
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content

You own the content generated by the Service based on your inputs. However, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions
  • Similar outputs may be generated for other users with similar inputs
  • You are responsible for ensuring generated content does not infringe third-party rights

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by RepurposeIt and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated tools to access the Service (except via official API)
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as a service
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse to generate content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or third-party service outages
  • Force majeure events

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
  • You use generated content at your own risk

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RepurposeIt harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of third-party rights
  • Content you upload or generate

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease
  • Generated content may be deleted per our retention policy
  • No refunds will be issued for unused credits or subscription time

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law
