Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Unlike physical products or traditional software, our service consumes real resources the moment you use it:

  • Server Resources: Computing power, storage, and bandwidth are consumed instantly

When you generate content, we immediately pay for these services. The value has been delivered and the costs incurred—there's no way to "return" the service.

Digital Nature of Service

Once content is generated and delivered to you:
